What we collect
Your name, email, mobile number, an emergency contact, a shipping address, your club or company and role, your shirt size, travel dates and dietary needs, a headshot, your club's logo if you provide one, and your answers to the experience questions.
Why
To run the Championship Agronomy Volunteer Program: planning crews, producing credentials and the crew board, shipping items for the week, reaching you and your emergency contact, and sending program updates by email. Text messages and the use of your photo or video beyond the crew board are sent or used only if you agreed to them.
Who sees it
The agronomy team at Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco and the people who operate this site on their behalf. Other volunteers see only what appears on the crew board: your name, club, role and headshot. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
Where it lives
In a private database and private file storage hosted in the United States, reachable only through this site with your sign-in. Admin accounts require two-step verification.
How long
Through the championship and its wrap-up. You can ask for your details to be corrected or removed at any time by emailing info@pgafriscoagronomy.com.
